About Us

 We are Andrea and Jenn, together we are Bold Heart Fitness. Fitness is a very important part of our lives and friendship. We are both NASM Certified Personal Trainers who are extremely passionate about introducing fitness and health into the lives of others. We believe in taking a bold hearted approach at creating a healthier balanced lifestyle.  Our programs are created to push your limits and challenge you to leave your comfort zone behind, to truly start seeing results. We strive to empower women in becoming more successful and confident in their own skin. We want to work with you throughout your personal fitness journey to reach your goals. We are dedicated to helping you overcome your fears, while building inner and outer strength. Our programs will introduce you to a positive self-image and self-confidence you never knew you had. All of our well-rounded workouts will have you feeling uplifted, strong, and energized. We will be available to you 24/7 to keep you accountable and motivated.
