 Class size is limited! ( 6 per class ) 

45 Minute Classes are designed for all fitness levels. They include a combination of high-intensity cardio, strength training, core training, and plyometrics. Get ready to meet a group of motivated women while learning some new and effective workouts to keep you fit and healthy.
