During your 4-week Program you will increase your strength and sculpt your glute muscles with these progressive and functional posterior chain exercises. these will support the growth of your glutes and all of your lower body muscles. You will achieve over time a rounder, fuller, and stronger booty with correct nutrition and patience. You must continue to progress in your fitness journey after these 4-weeks to see the best results. We have Personal Training options or Customized Online Coaching available to you.
CORE POWER

During your 4-week Program you will increase your overall core strength and sculpt your abdominal muscles with these progressive and functional core exercises. We will be targeting
your abdominal muscles with progressive movements to achieve a stronger core. These exercises alone will not give you 6-pack abs and burn stubborn fat, but if paired with proper nutrition and cardio they will. You must continue to progress in your fitness journey after these 4-weeks to see the best results. We have Personal Training options or Customized Online Coaching available to you.
